About the President and COO
Dacia P. Hastings is the President and COO of DPH Consulting Services. She is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, practicing Psychotherapist, Motivational Speaker, Trainer, and Life Coach. Ms. Hastings holds a BS degree in Psychology and an Masters in Social Work. In 2005, she received a nationally recognized Leadership certification (CPM) from George Washington University Center for Excellence in Municipal Management. Additionally, she is a 2009 doctoral candidate of a prestigious university in the Management and Organizational Leadership program.
